The massive Gateway residential apartment block project in Leeds has been developed by Shepherd Construction. The first two phases of 256 apartments in phase one and two have been completed.
SCS Group's Involvement
SCS Group became involved with this project through Haden Young. SCS liaised with Rosedale Building Services during the initial design of the apartment blocks. Following SCS Group's design input we were successful in obtaining the order to supply, install a uniJet car park ventilation system.

A ventilation system was provided to the underground car park
featuring 24 uniJet jet fans.
