General Description

Featuring a tough, high grade steel chain requiring minimal maintenance, this actuator can be used in most environments, particularly schools, offices and apartments. An electronic soft closing system ensures the window closes smoothly and reduces air leakage. The innovative pivoting mounting bracket is simple to install and can be used to automate a wide range of window sizes. Up to four motors can be connected in parallel and will automatically synchronise - ideal for large windows. Available in 24VDC and 230VAC versions.
